Miss Bucky Blue - Pedigree

This gorgeous 1995 AQHA palomino mare we got from Wisconsin and is bred to our stud, Watch Tyree Jack, for a May 2007 foal. She is a very sweet mare with great breeding, an even temperament, and a beautiful dappled coat. Has the famous Zan Parr Bar on her papers!

Foaled a beautiful perlino filly, Sefera, on May 7, 2008
Windy Hill Jill - Pedigree

This is Jill's first mare, she is very special to our farm. She is a 1983 AQHA mare. She is branded and has DC on her left hip. She came off a large ranch in Texas. We lost her daughter and were very upset by it. We have her granddaughter who we will keep and raise: Stormy Windy Breeze, a 2004 bay Quarter Horse filly.
Sonnys Gold Charm - Pedigree

This gorgeous 1999 QH palomino mare changes colors with the seasons. She varies from a light to a dark palomino pending the season. She had a gorgeous filly last spring, Cutter, who looks just like her. Granddaughter of Sonny Dee Bar. Her dam is a winner in the show ring. Goldie's dam, Tyrees Gold Charm, currently has 24 halter points and is the daughter of Watch Tyree Too out of Watch Joe Jack. Goldie was bred to Docs Poco Dude, a 2004 Grullo Stud, for her 2007 colt. Bred back to our paint stud for 2008.

Foaled a TALL buckskin and white pinto colt (heterozygous) on April 23, 2008
Skip Ole Del - Pedigree

This big 1989 QH mare throws huge colorful foals. She is a big-bodied mare with a easy-going temperament in which she constantly passes to her foals. She has excellent Quarter Horse bloodlines, including Eternal Sun and Skipper W on her papers.

Seco Magnolia Sue - 1986 AQHA Buckskin Mare - Click Here For Pedigree

Maggie has been with us for many years, she is a 1986 mare and is one of the few horses with KING 234 on her registration papers, and traces back to him 3x's. She has had many beautiful foals and was one heck of a performance horse when she was younger. She is a very eye-catching bronze colored buckskin and has the sweetest personality but also the wits of a cow-bred QH. She loves her daily baths and attention. Last years colt will be our next stud prospect, he too is a stunning bronze buckskin color, and is by our AQHA dun-bay stallion, Watch Tyree Jack.

Maggie passed away due to old age March 2008. She will be missed by all who met her.
APHA Broodmares - American Paint Horse Association
Built for versatility, the American Paint Horse is generally short-coupled, strong-boned and well balanced. Yet Paints display a remarkable degree of refinement and beauty, especially about the head and neck. The Paint Horse's colorful coat pattern defines the breed, because it is perhaps the most obvious trait. However, Paint Horses must also possess a distinct stock-type conformation. Paints come in an endless variety of patterns. Their coat is always a combination of white with any of the basic colors common to horses: black, bay, brown, chestnut, dun, grulla, sorrel, palomino, gray and roan. Regardless of color, no two horses are exactly alike in coat pattern. For registration and breeding purposes, American Paint Horses are categorized by three distinctive types of coat pattern. The tobiano, overo, and tovero patterns, however, there is also the sabino and splashed white pattern (the first three being the most common). Not satisfied to be only a color breed based entirely on coat patterns, the founders of APHA also set strict standards of conformation, athletic ability and performance, as well as demanding intelligence, a calm temperament and a willing disposition.  Significant paint horses are Painted Joe, Yellow Mount, Mister J Bar...

The Quarter Horse was once known primarily as a short-distance racehorse—hence the name "Quarter Horse," derived from the quarter mile races it was famous for.
But the Quarter Horse's origins go back to a time before racing was a popular pastime. It is a truly American breed that can trace its ancestry to the 17th and 18th Centuries, when English settlers crossed their own stock with the descendants of horses brought to the New World by Spanish Conquistadors. This new breed had something the settlers needed, the inate "cow sense" that would help them manage cattle on the open plains. Today, the Quarter Horse is known for that quality above all others.
Quarter Horses are popular in rodeo, gymkhana, and any other equine sport that requires a short burst of speed and the ability to turn sharply and quickly. Its good disposition and intelligence have also made it a popular family breed. (QH breed description)
Baby Breezy
Jamie has the makings of a great performance horse, the bloodlines, the temperament and athleticism, not to mention the conformation with her thick bone structure, strong neck and forearms, wide chest (even at only a year!), deep barrel and strong hocks that all tie into a well rounded hindend with a lot of impulsion. 1 day old photos-1 week old photos

Misty is a new mare we've added to our program. We wanted to add a little more height into our program which she offers us as well as that flashy pleasure way of moving. She's as sweet as she is smooth moving. Bred for 2009 to our APHA stallion.

Ginger is a very laid back and easy going mare. Due to an injury on her right front ankle she's going into her first year as a wonderful broodmare. She has been exposed to our stallion for 2009 breeding season. She has some height and color to her which we hope to add to the performance bloodlines as well.
